Camden is the 8th. largest city in New Jersey with 40% (2015) living in poverty, 33% (2015) have no high school diplomas, 13.5% (2017) is food insecure, and 91% (2010) of Camden are African American and Hispanic. With this landscape, our passion is two-fold - purveyor of education via STEM learning and professional career development; and as a contributor to the eradication of hunger in the inner-city of Camden.
Our single purpose therefore, is to promote pervasive STEM awareness, education, and career pathways, while simultaneously improving the food insecurity and quality of life for underserved communities.
Our mission is to empower families by providing educational training in 21st. Century learning and skills development that improves quality of life for people living in underserved communities.
